1.2. To make use of our return policy, you must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date and provide a reason for the return.

1.3. Once we have received your return request and reviewed the product, we will process the refund within 7 days.

2.2. The right of withdrawal only applies to digital products that have not yet been downloaded or activated.

2.4. Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will process the refund within 7 days, provided the digital product has not been downloaded or activated.
