General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the Online Shop "Goal Guides"
Scope of Application
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between the shop "Goal Guides" (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and customers who purchase products (hereinafter referred to as "Products") via the online shop goal-guides.com.
1.2. Deviating or conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Seller has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
Conclusion of Contract
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
2.2. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. The stated prices are in € (euros) unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. The customer may make payments using the payment methods offered in the online shop. The Seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.
3.3 According to § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we make use of the small business regulation ("Kleinunternehmerregelung"). Therefore, we do not charge VAT or display VAT on invoices.
Delivery and Availability
4.1. Delivery of digital products is made exclusively in electronic form via a download link or by email.
4.2. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place promptly after receipt of payment.
4.3. The customer is responsible for providing the necessary technical equipment (e.g., computer, internet access) to receive and use the products.
